The Baxx wheelchair back support promotes healthy sitting and supports the sides and back of the upper body in particular.

The ergonomically shaped back shell and the padded upper edge of the back support ensure a stable posture and sitting comfort.
The Baxx offers a large selection that can be customised in terms of the contour, height and width.
The aluminium back support is available in various colours.
In addition, the Baxx fits numerous wheelchairs manufactured by Ottobock or third parties.

Reliable hardware

Four different mounting kids are available for the Baxx back support – two are removable, and two are permanently mounted. The Quick Release and 2-Point Pro mounting kits are also crash tested.

Padded top of back support

The padded top of the back support makes sitting comfortable in any everyday situation.

The cover is made of a breathable, dirt-repellent 4D spacer fabric, which is available exclusively from Ottobock.

Large choice of colours

The Baxx’s wide range of colours are its distinctive feature. As a result, the colour of the back support can be selected to match the wheelchair frame from a range of up to 20 colours.

Practical draught protection

The draught protection further enhances comfort when seated. It fits perfectly between the lower back region and the seat of the wheelchair and is fastened to the back support by a zip, and to the seat surface by a hook-and-loop closure.
